- Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 20 days after the last tracking update and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
- If you didn't choose Route Package Protection, we can only refund half of the value in store credit to your wallet if your package is lost by the carrier, damaged, or stolen after delivery.
- We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an invalid shipping address.
