  • When checking out, we recommend choosing Route Package Protection to insure your package. This will provide a refund if your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, or even if it’s stolen after delivery.
  • Please be sure to check your tracking information every 3 to 5 days. If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a claim here https://claims.route.com/ 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days.  
  • Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed no sooner than 20 days after the last tracking update and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

  • Please note that if you did not choose Route Package Protection, we can only refund half of the item’s value in store credit to your wallet in case of loss, damage or theft after delivery.
  • Please make sure to provide a valid shipping address as we are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an invalid address. Also, please note that standard shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please keep in mind that shipping time does not include the 1-3 days required to process your order from the date it was placed. 
  • We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible, but additional time may be required due to invalid addresses or customs clearance issues.
  • If you experience any shipping issues with your package, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of your order placement.
  • ​​Our typical processing time is 1-3 days. However, due to Covid-19, some products may require additional processing time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

How long do I have to make a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1.You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to make returns. Returns made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2.To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for the shipping address.

3.Please note that if the return is not a result of our error, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees involved for returning items. We recommend using a registered and traceable shipping method for your return, as return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our team.

We’ll process your return or exchange as quickly as possible once we receive it. If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll ship your new item(s) as soon as we receive the returned item(s). If you’re requesting a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Refunds

We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving your package. We will issue the refund to your original payment account at your request.

Please note that returning shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery.

Also, please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
